ORDER PROCESSING TIME

What is the standard processing time for an order? This amount of time will vary based on a few different factors such as whether the order is placed during a busy period (April - May) & (November - December). Order processing time will be on the banner at the top of page. 

Order status can be checked on our Status Page. This will show daily updates when your order is which it is currently in and provide an overview of progress. Orders will be processed in the order it's received unless there are any delays for that specific order. 

SHIPPING

Various shipping carriers are available based on the customer's choosing. USPS and UPS are the most common carriers. 

SHIPMENT PRICING

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and it is automatically priced by selected couriers. Shipping costs are priced by the weight of the item at a given date and time.

DAMAGES

If your item(s) is damaged during transit, please reach out to notify us. We can provide additional information on filing a claim with the shipping carrier. 

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

Customized products are not eligible for a refund. Customization means choosing a specific shirt color, font, or theme for your items. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. If there is a mistake on our end that is not the result of the customer, we will gladly make replace the merchandise and make things right. If the return is initiated based on misspellings or errors on the customer's end, we may be able to fix for an additional price, but this is solely at our discretion. We will ask for photos and advise the best course of action. 

The intent to proceed with a refund/exchange or notify The Parthenon Store of any errors is no more than 5 business days after delivery of an item. Business days are defined as Monday - Friday. As an example, if your order was received on a Saturday, you have until the upcoming Friday to notify our store about your intent.

Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item will be replaced and shipped ASAP.

Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after 6 days after delivery confirmation. 

To return your product, you should email info@theparthenonstore.com to initiate process. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When proceeding with a return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. Please contact us if you have any questions or problems.
